Refund  Policy – PsychCarts

At PsychCarts, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:
✔ Be unused and in its original condition
✔ Be in the original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If  approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified period.
